PAN:
Personal Area Network: a technology by IBM which transforms human into data-carrier. A mini-computer, e.g. in the shoe-sole, sends highfrequent currency with only billionths of Ampere through the body. If two PAN-user shake hand these computers can for example exchange visiting-cards. PAN can also be used for transfering datas from the wearable computer to PCs or for the identification at cash-machines etc. etc.. This technology is already in the making.
